Grapes are from Les Gosses and Hedges Estate vineyards. This wine is a combination of an early September picked field blend of varieties, picked early and fermented in a lightly macerated style, some on skins and some off skins. Aged in stainless steel tank and neutral barrel until bottling.
Harvest Notes - Multiple vintages can make up the majority of this wine. Our typical seasonality is defined by long warm growing days, fast draining high PH soils, high night/day diurnal temperature swings, all framed by a northern latitude pedigree.Chill me like a rosé! This wine is meant to be consumed chilled.
