Brent and Sarah Goedhart started Goedhart Family in 2006. This one wine is the product of their many years of tasting and loving Syrah. Their passion for Syrah and Red Moutain led them to create a sophisticated, old-world style Syrah that reminded them of their time in Europe, where they tasted through some of the world's greatest Syrah. Drawing on the nuances of early and late pick fruit, they create a light, refined and complex Syrah that is not overdone, but just right. It's elegant, yet powerful, and true to its Red Mountain terroir while also paying homage to Syrah's long history.
